The experience

What to Expect at 99 Regent Street

This has been a nightlife address since 1954, when it was the Stork Club, whose guests ran from Harold Macmillan to Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor. It then spent the best part of two decades as the Cuckoo Club, and in October 2026 the Cuckoo founders reopened the same floor as 99 Regent Street, with a new concept. The club runs over two floors of around 200 each, joined by a staircase, with dark panelling, warm low lighting, banquette seating and a long bar. Upstairs is the main room, where most tables sit, playing open-format hip-hop and RnB; downstairs plays house, darker and more dance-focused. Both floors run on Friday and Saturday, and one floor opens on Wednesday and Thursday. For bottle service, tables start from £600 minimum spend. That figure is spent on drinks rather than charged as a fee on top, and it covers entry for your whole group. The minimum rises with the night, the size of your group and the position of the table, and VIP and larger tables are priced on request. The door is 19+ with physical photo ID, a year older than most London doors, and the dress code is elegant and enforced. The venue has a membership whose details are not published; we book tables and guestlist for non-members. Piccadilly Circus is a two-minute walk, and Oxford Circus and Green Park are both within walking distance.
